    An excellent 4 course tasting menu. Service was reasonable, but was too fast and we had to ask them to slow down. Also waiter dropped my knife down my front when collecting fish course. This left two oily marks on my fine lambswool jumper. He apologised but no offer was made to pay for cleaning. I did not make a fuss at the time because I was our with my wife. However I was disappointed that the manager was not informed. This was not in my opinion good customer service. Staff Training in this respect seems to be lacking.
